im in so much pain right now. I have a "flare up" in my armpit. I don't know about anyone else but mine get as big as a grapefruit!!! I did more research and found out about prid I'm not too impressed with it, but today is day 4 and I put Prid on and boil ease with a heating pad. Trying to keep myself elevated from my the middle of my back up... This shit SUCKS!!! I can't live like this anymore.

Currently having a flare up too and they're the same as you, they grow and keep growing and the skin keep getting distended. I even feel numb in my fingertips, as if it's pressing on the nerves in my arm. The pain was so bad earlier today all I could do was scream. Thankfully I'm at my parents house right now and I'm not bothering any neighbours.
The only thing I can say is: SLEEP
If I get 9 hours of sleep every night and my sleep schedule is not completely fucked, I am literally symptomless, but if I don't get enough sleep for a couple of days or I try changing my sleep schedule from going to bed at 6 am to 20 pm by doing 1-2 all-nighters, the flare-ups start coming immediately.

Try modifying your diet. I read an article about night shade vegetables being the probable cause of inflammation in certain people. So i slowly eliminated them(still working on it), its kinda difficult when my kids love mash potatoes, fries, pizza, spaghetti and so on. Not to mention condiments like ketchup and mustard, and mayo; contain paprika. Give it a try, there is nothing to lose and goodluck. Im also giving honey a try, this is my second night applying it .

I really think you should go to the emergency room and get it lanced so all of the fluid can come out
