If I get 9 hours of sleep every night and my sleep schedule is not completely fucked, I am literally symptomless, but if I don't get enough sleep for a couple of days or I try changing my sleep schedule from going to bed at 6 am to 20 pm by doing 1-2 all-nighters, the flare-ups start coming immediately.
