Hi all,
I have HS for over 10 years now and have smelled like death for most of those 10 years. No matter what I tried (underarm sufferer), it didnt work to help with the odor from having open wounds 80% of the time.
List of what I have tried and what did not work: FOR ME
1. Dove sensitive skin- (has to much junk in it)
2. Tom's
3. natural rock
4.natural spray
NOW- the good news. What i have found that I am so happy to share with you is very simple.... Fresh LEMON juice. YES!!!! YAY!!! Okay so let me tell you:
Step 1: Buy fresh lemons (not bottled lemon juice)
Step 2: Cut the lemon in half
Step 3: Either squeeze in a spray bottle and refrigerate for up to a week and use or keep the cut lemon secured in the fridge and squeeze on rag and wipe on affected area.
Friends, when I tell you this has been the best thing for me when it comes to odor- I no longer have to worry about how I smell or anything. I started this in the summer of this year and even in 100 degree whether, no smell.Sometimes I didnt have to reapply for up to 2 days!
Try this and please come back and let everyone know if it works for you. Praying that it will!

I will try this but I don't want to irritate the heck out of my open sores and make things any more uncomfortable for me. I can take pain.
Lavender crystal salt deodorant right after I shower helps with odor 95% for me. I'm looking into getting a good antibacterial wash for my HS to help even more.
