I'm pretty sure my doctor managed to get rid of my Staph with just good old fashioned erythromycin. There are some other, more challenging infections that still haven't been dealt with so I'm not "cured", but it seems to have made a huge difference to get rid of the Staph, and am 10 years free of it now.
