Yess! I think I have found something awesome!
Tea Tree Oil! I have it in the form of lotion that I bought at vitamin cottage, and it worked wonders!
I had an open lesion, it wouldn't stop leaking puss and blood, so I put it on every couple hours and lathered it at night, the past two days and the redness is gone! the inflammation has gone down soooo much! and it relieved the pain. Plus it smells good ;D
I am just so shocked that in two days it has actually done something!
So, everyone out there, try it! See how it works :D

I'm so glad to hear that, especially after reading your previous post. I really feel for you, we can all relate to how how HS can impact our self-estem.
If you need an additional boost, I have had success with following a low carb diet. Sugars and grains make my HS worse.
