for past 4 nights in a row i haven,t gotten no slepp the wound up in my buttocks is just horrible.i was laying down in my bed and i just cry in so much pain and but has so much leakage.my but is just so bad i can,t take it no more im so depressed and sad it kills my but and pouring of blood what should.

Don't worry friend, you aren't alone I have one in my buttocks too. The best thing I can recommend is to try and keep it clean. Try soaking in Epsom to pull out any nasties and attempt to dry it out. When it bleeds just hop in the shower and wash it out and keep a dry cloth around the area to dry it. I know it hurts to put things on them but it's the only way to try and dry it. It hurts for me to sleep and even sit too. Stay strong :).

I have trouble as well. Mine is mainly the left groin area. I'll wake up with pain. I pray for all of us HS sufferers. Soon I may be losing my job because if the pain, I walk with a limp as well.

I feel your pain. I'm a 59 year old man and have had HS for about 10 years. It took 4 dermatologists to finally diagnose the problem. For months I had lumps the size of golf balls making it uncomfotable to sit or drive. I was researching Chinese herbal medicine and came across one that was supposed to help with fibrous tumors in women. I decided to try it, and after 2 weeks the lumps have decreased by 75-80% in size. It is inexpensive too. GUI ZHI FU LING WAN The HS is still there and a constant drain, but the lumps, cysts or whatever they are, are almost gone. Never give up!!

My daughter and I both suffer from this hideous condition ad have tried just about everything believe me! Both of us get them in the groin area but where mine come up in round pea size lumps, my daughter seems to get the longer sinus tract ones. This last one had me feeling so bad & desperate that I decided to try something I had in the cupboard. COLLOIDAL SILVER! I just used the clear liquid version first (soaked a piece of gauze in it & put it on the area) and I could not believe the result the very next day! It had stopped hurting and was decreasing in size. I have now got the cream version as well and at the first sign of a breakout I get to work with the Colloidal Silver & it stops in it's tracks.. Do take the time to research Colloidal Silver and read about it. It's nature's own antibiotic without the drugs!

I have found a few things to help my HS and hopefully they can help you as well. I've been taking Syntol AMD everyday 3 times a day (4 capsules) and I use Pedifix Funga Soap Liquid with Tea Tree Oil to cleanse the areas and after cleansing, I've been using caladry anti-itch lotion. The Syntol and Pedifix ca be found on amazon and the caladry i got from CVS. Try them out and let me know if they help. I've had horrible problems where I could not even move and I can actually say that the symptoms are disappearing. I hope these help.
