I can relate to your pain, it freakn sucks!!! As you may know i have it on both of my armpits, i have 'tunneling" on my right armpit. Sometimes I ask, why me..i cant help but to think that im being punished. Im not the person that I use to be, I don't go out as much, I cant do activities with my kids cuz its so painful to move my arms up, I cant wear tops that i want too... this embarrassing condition has changed my life but I still have faith that there's a cure out there.
So i have been on Remicade since October 2014, the drainage has stop Thank God!! But after that i started to get numerous holes which were very painful and took FOREVER to close. Also the "tunnels" on my armpit are shrinking and leaving my skin like in a twisted type of look.
Now my derm has added Methotrexate a couple of weeks ago. I take it once a week and i have to go the lab to get blood work done once a week also since it has crazy side effects. I will keep everyone posted.... Stay Strong!!!
