Reallyyyyy bad Body Acne

Yeah, not only bacne but neckne, armne, legne, .....
I have acne all over and it's getting worse now that summer is arriving..
IDK if it's related to my HS or if it's something else entirely, but it has to stop.. I just bought a really cute low-back shirt that looks awesome on me except for the fact that I'm covered in zits...

anyone have any suggestions?

get a prescription of clindamycin phosphate solution 1%. Wash with Cetaphil soap twice a day. Then use the solution.

Don't use regular soap on your body. Only Basis or cetaphil which are sold at walmart. Don't use perfumes, and only wash your clothes with detergent this is free and clear of dyes and perfumes. They make the condition worse so that should help it clear up some too.

I wear dark colors year round....mostly black. Don't mean to sound depressing but I stopped with the swimming and summer stuff a few years ago.....just makes me too uncomfortable.

Some of the acne antibiotics really helped me with that. I had two rounds of Accutane so I havent gotten a zit in like 4 years. It did help with my HS the first time but the second time it wasnt as helpful. I also wasnt allowed aas high a doseage bc we were combating high triglycerides. I hope you find something that works for you!!!
