People that got HS after Accutaine use?

I went from moderate facial acne to full back and body acne from Accutane. Later, for some stupid reason on my part, I started on it again for the aforementioned and still ongoing body acne problem and what I believe was the onset of HS (when my armpits had just started sprouting out "little friends"). My second run of Accutane cleared my body acne, which left horrible scars all over my body. To this day, I'm very perplexed how someone who rarely ever picked their acne ended up with such bad scars, but whatever.

That said, I'm not sure if Accutane is to blame, but I'm not positive that I'd even have HS today if I never touched the stuff -- and at the very least, I doubt my HS would have progressed as fast as it did. Of course, I base this off of nothing but my own and I'm no doctor, so take that as you will.
