I know how you feel...even after surgery my butt still hurts, throbs, pounds, etc.etc. have you asked your doctor for some pain meds? Vicodin works wonders for me, for 6 hours. I hope you get some relief soon.

some doctors dont care. bc they dont know how it feels. or they look at you with disgust. try hibiclense (if thats how u spell it) tea tree oil and black salve. thats what works for me.

Hey there, I have them in the same areas as you it seems, what helps for me is, well first off if there is an open wound that will not heal, go to the doctor and get antibiotics to have it healed, to prevent the one on the butt just keep the area as cool as possible, after a shower, put your ass in front of a fan for like 10 mins to dry it out as much as you can, do this at least every hour for like 2 minutes during the day as much as you can if you are at home or whatever, when you go out wear shorts and baggy clothing so that you don't sweat and yeah that helped me, I went at least 2 years in college with that same problem, big huge cyst on the butt right on the bone where I sit down so that everyday I would go sit on the bus and it would rip open, then it would heal or dry to my pants and when I stood up it would rip open, just imagine going from class to class with this happening all day rip rip rip, that is the craziest pain and you cant do anything about it, you have to go to class and if you go you know you will have to stand up at the end of that 50 minutes and rip that wound open again, I think I went like 2 or 3 months with a bleeding open wound on my ass, thing never really healed properly, have a huge scar there now, take my advice, go to the doctor if there is an open wound, the pills they give will heal the wound and then you are able to keep the area dry and whatever to prevent it from blowing up again. as far as pain management goes, pills and shit are no good, use marijuana, I live in Canada and have a medical marijuana card for this skin disease, there is no cure and they cant expect you to live in pain. the marijuana actually does help, I found that when I was in college not smoking much at all I had lots and lots of terribly huge leasions and wounds and now that im out of college and I have the medical marijuana, I barely get the wounds and it helps so much with the pain. I rarely ever have one that blows up and bleeds, they ususally just get a little big for a day or two and then go away. there is something is the marijuana that is an inflammation reducer and it really helps, but thing is, you need safe access go good clean marijuana - not that street crap! hope this helps, it has helped me. other things like eating well and shit like that too, no gluten and fake processed foods, god gave us this disease because he wants us to eat healthy fruits plants and nuts that grow out of the ground. not too sure how meat affects this problem - haven't noticed eating meet being bad but sugar - don't eat any sugar anymore, all sugar has gluctos crap in it and that is not gluten free, even apple juice from sun rype is loaded with tuns of bad sugars and stuff, water, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice. I could go on and on but I think I have finally figured out how to manage this disease. cant keep typing lol if any of this interests you or anyone just let me know and I will keep going. Tropicana is the only juice I found that doesn't effect it. just keep this in mind. if it didn't grow naturally and organically out of the ground, chances are that it will cause you to get bumps. that the rule for this disease

I meant the water tea and fresh squeezed orange juice is good for you , didn't add that after sorry about that. Tropicana is the only juice you can buy that wont cause the bumps to grow

oh and don't get me started on dairy, don't eat any dairy, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, all stuff I used to eat, don't eat or drink dairy, which means no more milk I know this sucks but they do make good almond and hemp milks that don't cause bumps to grow lol
