Hi this is hard to tell but my buttocks has been in so much pain sometimes i can,t evwen sit down for a long periods of time.this is bad and i don,t like this at school when i sit down in class sometimes the pain is just crazy bad.like my teacher gets worried about me and sometimes its just so embrassed the leaking is not good.blood just falls out of my buttocks like a water fall and its just kinda nasty this disease happen in my butt when i was 16 its been like a year this has happen but i been taking ibpurfen and thats a blood thinner maybe thats not good im going to try something else for the pain and i hate this HS DISEASE.

I know exactly how you feel. Maybe something different like aleve may help. May need to get some bandages or wound dressings and some tape and tape that shit up or think about adult diapers. Diapers are disgusting and demoralizing....I was 26 when I had to wear them when I had this office job where I sat all day . It really sucks and makes you feel like shit about yourself but at least you don't have to worry about leaks or the smell cause it keeps the smell locked in too.

Just something to think about.

Try to keep your chin up ok I know its hard and it sucks ass but you gotta keep goin.

Have you talked to your doctor about getting a stronger pain reliever? I use vicodin and it's a God send! I don't have to use it often lately, but when I do it really helps! Also, my ice bag and heating pad are my best friends! Dus makes a good suggestion...and if you're wearing baggier clothes, no one but you will know. Better to be self conscious about something no one can see! If that isn't an option, you can get some gauze and layer it up and tape it on...it will give some cushion and soak up the drainage as well.

Not sure about the diapers as they are demoralizing, but my husband uses 8x10 abdominal pads (we get them at the health section of a drug store here in Nova Scotia) and just kind of puts them inside his underwear - this helps with the leaking. His case is severe and he has surgery 3-4 times a year and is always in pain and can't sit comfortably :( I'm so sorry to hear that so many other people have to go through this.
