four the past couple of weeks i have been having some serious pain in my buttocks.i have this wound under my scotum that just hurts like hell.the pain just kills me and it drains alot this disease is just taking me over i have a wound up my bu that is a size of a baseball that hurts bad to sometimes at night cant sleep because of the pain HS disease go away.sometimes it hurts bad i just have to cry.

Matthew, I have been going through a rough time too in the scrotum, groin and butt areas over the last few years. I'm currently undergoing post op wound vac therapy, and feeling a million times better. The plastic surgeon mentioned that the perineum area (between scrotum & anus) had the most tunnels and pus, which explains the agony I've had around that area. Even If I had to undergo surgery every year, I would still do it just to have some temporary relief like I have now.

Try to manage the pain the best you can, and rather think of the 'good' days after the draining.

Am so sorry guys, unfortunately like the females you guys get the HS where the nerves are so sensitive. in the genitalia....... I pray for better days for you...... sounds horrible...Tangerinebear xo
