I am so itchy today. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad for it because that usually means I'm healing up, but it's also driving me nuts. Any suggestions for relief?
I generally don't wear any clothing over the area and let it get some air -- pointing a fan on it really helps me out. Sometimes if it gets too unbearable, I put an icepack wrapped in a cloth towel over it, and that settles it down for an hour or two.
