unfortunately you can't change the things they say or the way that they react to things - the only thing you can change is how you react to them. no matter how cruel they are to you - you have a choice. you can either let it ruin your day and beat yourself up or you can let their comments go in one ear and out the other and continue to hold your head up high. i know its hard but you can do it. don't tell the reporter to pull the story. we know its true and think you are a very brave girl for putting it out there. don't be ashamed. keep your head up. this too shall pass.
My sincerely greetings a support!!! I know how you feel and you must know that we are by your side!
Due to very similar experiences, I carry with me my memory stick all the time now. There I keep photos of my wounds and if they are in any kind of doubt, I perform a striptease with such a pleasure. After that, my pleasure increases when I soil their office.
Regarding the family, I don't know what to say except to suggest you to enjoy the full support coming from us, the people who are by your side. And there are a plenty of us!!!
Regards,
Artan
Dr. Phil also says with family- i can give them a chance to behave their way to success- i am so anxious about trusting her with even knowing where i live- she has done so much crazy stuff in the past!
i think right now u should separate yourself from them and focus on your own comfort, healing and growth. not to mention- didn't u just get married? i thought i read that somewhere. enjoy your husband!
as far as strangers- i am afraid of them in general- lol- but seriously- u don't even look like the girl in the paper - on here u have blonde in ur hair- u look different- i wouldn't recognize u as the same girl.
u know this is the truth- and we know its the truth- if the reporter needs more information send her to an HS specialist in ur area or u could just grin and bear it -lol- jk!
hope u are having a good day!
I hope increasing your dose of antidepressants helps, i've just had my dose increased and am waiting to see the effects, i've been on and off them for many years, long before the HS started and they have helped me tonnes, I hope you can find some releif from the horrible time your having at the moment *hugs* xxx
