That being said, I'm currently trying a rotational meal plan after having an ALCAT test and seeing what my food sensitivities were. While I've seen much improvement, I am on the lookout for a skin-loving product that will help replenish the properties of my skin that were lost from years of flares, itching, bleeding, and scarring and EmuAid may be helpful in that sense.

I still have some hope that what the active ingredients of EmuAid are, might have something enlightening to say about the workings of HS, but my two biggest worries were whether this stuff might clog any pores, and whether it might act as a moisturizer in places where it's most important to try and stay dry.
I honestly still know next to nothing about people's actual experiences using it for HS, though.
I've been using the Emuaid Max for over a year now. What it does for me is help with the pain as well as help new large bumps drain, smaller bumps it will sometimes help them go away. My problem areas are in the bikini area and armpits. It's not a 100% cure by any means, but it helps me tremendously.
