I have had one that exact size in the same place . I feel how upset and exhausted you are , out of all of them I have ever had that one rates in the top five of pain .... I took lots of hot baths , but i would recommened going in and getting it done. the one i had left a flap in my skin that fills up once in a while.
I would go to your doctor and get pain meds for when you have a bad breakout.
HS is the 3rd most painful disease.
