I also have this cream call Premier Ozonated Gel. I rub it on at night. It helps dry the sores out and it covers up the horrid death smell from drainage.
The only other thing that has helped me is Kenalog injections from my dermatologist. The injections do not prevent the flares, whereas the change in diet does.
The only dairy I consume though is cheese for my food. That would be easy to cut out because I already do soy and coconut milk.
I also take nutritional supplements.....digestive enzymes and ginger root before meals helps with digestion. But thats just my thing. Also taking creatine supplements but thats for muscle growth maybe not something a girl would be interested in.
