No, I do not have that fear whatsoever. Why? because I am in a monogamous relationship. You can only develop herpes or warts if you're not being cautious. Not making assumptions, but the only way one would have that kind of fear is if she/he is sleeping around or if their partner is. If you are in a relationship and you fear this, then you need to have a talk with your partner and definitely get tested.
Btw, I posted a picture of each (graphic). They do not look alike at all. The HS looks like scarred tissue, the others don't.

You'll know if you ever get warts of herpes. It will look entirely different than HS. Just remind yourself about that every time you feel yourself worrying.
