@happy2gether-Yes, I use it alone and mixed with turmeric and apply topically. You can also take the honey orally. I does help alot especially when you need one to drain.
I go through a box of 25 Gauze Pads from Johnson & Johnson. I get the 4X 4 then you can use them long ways or as a square patch, or fold them the other way, and just tuck them where the ouchy is. I know that under the arms is hard because your always moving them, so you might have to use a little non-stick tape (body kind) to hold it there. But it works great under the breast, groin area, and butt area, because there are folds there. I hope that helps without sounding too gross.
It's not perfect, but it makes it bearable.
