I am still very new to this discussion group and really rather new at trying different things to help my HS... i've had HS for only about 5 yrs now and for the first 30 yrs of my life, I didn't have it, so Im now trying to find ways of keeping my flare ups to a minimum. Would you give me a little more info on what exactly the paleo diet is and/or what kind of foods you keep your little girl away from?
Thanks for yr help
