I don't know where you live. I am in the Seattle area. We have a place with a physical location and a website, PHRA. "People's Harm Reduction Alliance".
Since people, including health care providers, do not support drug users, they do it themselves. It is a wonderful group of people who care about each other. They do not deal on site or discuss drugs online. That is how they keep everything legal. It is just a safe, friendly, group of people who are living the same life with the goal of preventing harm. They provide all kinds of services.
Harm Reduction is an approach in health care where we accept that the person is using and may continue to use. That is what addiction is like.
The goal changes from "you should stop using. You are a bad person, etc." to how you can use and be safe. I hope you will look them up. You can email them or contact via Facebook to ask for similar groups in your area.
Suboxone does help with the cravings. Some programs continue to do urine testing to see if you are still using occasionally but some do not test.
My grandson used and I told him I loved him regardless. Nothing would stop that. Your life is just as precious. Take care.
