anything help with irritability and sleeplessness?

Does anything help with the irritability and the sleeplessness of withdrawal? Is this a wait it out situation? Tried valarian root and melatonin for sleep. Does absolutely nothing. St Johns Wort seem to be helping with the depression. But not touching the irritability. And advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sam e may help a little with the depression. It is available at major drug stores. It is expensive so I wait till it is buy one get one free. CVS and Walgreens seem to have sales opposite eachother. It comes in 200mg and 400mg. 400 is better obviously. How long have you been clean? A week long detox with methadone or suboxine can make all the difference. Suboxine and you won't even notice any withdrawl at all. Stay away from loud, chatty people and negative people. Other things have to be done through gritted teeth. Anti-anxiety meds help for sleeping too as well as that anxious restlessness.

Don't try methadone as an option i was on methadone for a year for heroin and it was ten times worst withdrawl then heroin when i went to the clinic every morning they didn tell me nothing about long term side effects methadone if people don't no it hits straight to ur bones heroin takes 6 hrs to start feeling withdrawl methadone takes up to a week to start feeling withdrawl symptoms and i cut down on my dose until i was off of it but it took me three months in a treatment center to finally get clean off of it. Suboxone is another one it can help for some people and some people it can't i was on that as well at one time and i had severe withdrawl off of it when i had to get off of that too.Their both just opiate blockers to trick ur mind that ur on an opiate but ur not, Honestly i kicked my heroin addiction cold turkey i didn't take any meds to sooth me thru everyday will get a little better for you ur body has to re adjust to functioning normal again the best thing for u to do is exercise when u feel restless or go to a meeting stay busy, when u can't sleep write about it or read a book eventually u will get tired, everyday gets a little better.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
