Flushes out toxins, keeps you hydrated, promotes a healthy balance so you don't succumb to germs.....ahhhhhhhhh so refreshing!
I too have really upped my water intake since December. My fav is with lemon and lime squirted into it. Occassionaly I will have tea and a soda if we go out to dinner. During social outings I also enjoy a good wine. It has really helped me to lose the weight I've been stuggling with. I also noticed that my swollen ankles have disappeared. My back no longer aches. So many benefits I could write a book! Simply by giving up sugary drinks.
FYI though.....IF you are going to drink other substances besides plain water, DO NOT use artificial sweetener or products with artificial sweetener in them. It is one of the the WORST things we can do to our bodies.
I can tell when I don't get enough water, and can taste an tx taste in my mouth.
CHUG-A-LUG!
I do diluted drinks - make a gallon of weak decaf green tea, throw in a splat of arizona, then do 3/4 water bottle 1/4 weak tea drink.
Ready to party on...
Think it is what helps my sides during tx easier....
Thanks for great link - you are one amazing gal as always....xoxo
