Is there such a sleeping pill?

The liver synthesizes complex chemicals and processes toxins the most when the production of bile is the LOWEST. Bile is needed for food processing, so our bodies make it during the day. not so much at night, which is why a big meal at night is not a good idea.
Bile production is highest at 9 am and lowest at 9 pm. It shifts ar 3 am and 3 pm, and that is why people with Hep C or any liver disease tend to wake up from their sleep at 3 am. Often they wake up feeling depressed and can't go back to sleep, even though they are tired. The mind races on thoughts of melancholy, a term that means "black bile" and comes in part from the liver's inability to synthesize many of the hormones needed for well-being.
He suggests that if we go to bed earlier, at 9 pm and take our supps and herbs for the liver at that time, it will facilitate sleep, decrease depression, and help the liver do its much needed job of detoxification.
End
When I was really sick, I had a hard time. I was always waking up at 3, so I just started staying up til 3 and sleeping til 11-1. I was tired most of the time and very depressed.
I am happy to report that I now can go to bed at 11 or 12, even 1, and sleep through til 6 or 7, get up to go to the bathroom and get right back to sleep and get my 8-9 hours as I need.
