Proper weight is 100 pounds for 5 feet tall and 5 pounds for each inch over 5 feet. Of course that is the middle of the range, and 10 pounds on either side is ok.
So 5 foot 2 should weigh between 100 and 120.
5 foot 6 should weigh between 120 and 140.
6 feet tall should weigh between 150 and 170.
I am one who gains weight easily. One dinner and piece of peanut butter pie at Marie Callender's put 5 pounds on me. That was when I was in my 20's.
I make Muesli for my hubby out of oats, fruit juice, fruits, nuts and seeds. The nice thing about it, you make it once and it lasts all week.

The recipe is easily found by searching for the word, Muesli.
Things that put weight on are grains, fats and sugars. Things that keep weight off are fruits and vegetables, fiber and protein.
I would try to avoid junk foods like donuts. Eat wholesome foods so you don't tax your system anymore than it already is.
I probably have recipes for healthy cookies in that recipe file.
I also enjoy organic popcorn on the weekends with a movie. I make it with organic olive oil and a little organic butter. They go in the pan then I add the popcorn and stir until it get really hot and starts to pop. Then I put the lid on and let it pop until it's almost done, take it up off the burner and let the last kernels pop with the lid off. This makes the popcorn crunchier and then I season with a seasoning salt with herbs and seaweed, recipe is in the file.
