I should have provided more info to justify the docs rationale.
It always managed to stay just at the "safe" zone and I was able to finish tx. Now that I have been clear, the WBC is back to normal
I'm a germ freak...so I do lots of anti-typical things to protect myself and my family from other peoples cooties. :)
Don't fool yourself into thinking that hand wipes, gels or foams are adequate enough sanitizers. They aren't. Always use soap and water. In a pinch use the other products but definitely wash your hands before touching your face or eating.
When you go grocery shopping, don't touch the handle! EWWW....Think of all the people who touch that. You dont' know how hygenic they are or if they ill. So put one of the plastic bags from the fresh produce section over the handle as a barrier.
Never sit on a public toilet seat and if you must, put toilet paper down first! Then be sure to wash your hands properly. Using soap and water. Turn the nobs off and open the door on your way out with a paper towel.
Do as the orientals and DON'T wear shoes in your house. Do you have any idea how many things you track in when you do? Studies have been done that show that outside sidewalks are cleaner than most peoples carpeting.
I could go on an on and on.........
