The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Thanks for the info. I am calling around to the docs on my old list to see what they know. In North Carolina trials are done in Statesville, Asheville, Charlotte, and Chapel Hill. Just talked with Charlotte, they said it would be hard to find a trial that took treated patients. Any info on your trial about this, and how many places it will take happen?

Yeah thanks, but it doesn't really say much of anything. It sounds like they have a long way to go on this one. Just my opinion.

Soon be here Levicah. Last week at Toronto Western they have a Gilead trial for Cirrhotics but only tx naive..lol
I'm always either too sick or not sick enough it seems. :^|
