My ast and alt returned to normal after 1 week of treatment. I just did blood work Friday but won't get the results back till Thursday. They did a viral load check, I'm hoping it comes back undetectable. When I did blood work Friday that was my 22nd day of treatment. I'm doing good and the only side effect I'm having is really bad fatigue. Some days I do get the RIBA rage, but not often. I try to focus on God and my day goes by smooth. Thank you Jesus for all you are doing in my life, and thank you for letting my wife find this group. Will update everyone Thursday February 20, 2014 when I get my blood work results. God Bless. And for anyone who wants to know I'm taking 400 mgs of Sovaldi and 800 mgs of Ribavirin a day.

Great News, to Billy and Wife! Yeah, when my AST/ALT wnet normal (for the first timein over 20 yrs), that is when my virus also went Undetectable!
I was quite amazed at how fast the liver enzymes normalized, once the virus was killed!

I'm confident you will be undie when you get your results back. Normal ALT/AST...yay! This sounds like a dream tx compared to the older ones. The side effects being minimal is super encouraging for those of us waiting on tx. I love that you are sharing your experience and with such a positive attitude & appreciation for what is most important in life as well. It's inspiring! Will be waiting for your post on Thurs.

Billy, very glad to hear this ! This combo is the bomb...

My ALTs and ASTs are now in normal range for first time in 6-7 years - Minor riba rage and some mouth sores but nothing I can't handle.

Talking about Riba Rage. I was in hospital and I was so acacated that night that they had given she ran in.. During night shift and c ut my actacer with scorizes not 2 inchs away from the tip. I am prould to say that she no longer works theyre. She probably just went to a warehousing I term that I use Is to call out the to the saddest that do these things when we cant befind ourselves in our dakest moment.
