Have you read your blood work lately???
You may want to start working on strengthening your immune system with some supplements and healthy dietary changes that will also strengthen your immune system as well...
How active are you? Do you take walks consistently?
Increasing your activity will help you sore legs...
You may also want to pamper your legs more afterwards by using some techniques such as massage, raising your legs above your heart while sitting and/or resting...
I'm sure there are more tips to give you here but, that's all I can think of at the moment.
Respectfully,
Henry
