I had an hour and a half interview/check up with doctor- blood, urine, vitals, weight, ekg and a long interview about my any drugs/alcohol I am or have used. Questions about general health, any medications I am on or used to take, questions about my mental health...
Not saying what you should do and don't know if you have anything to hide. But I told them what I thought they wanted to hear. I lied through my teeth about my mental health and past drug/alcohol use. Had I told the truth I am certain I would not have been accepted.
The irony was I felt I really needed to do this trial because my fragile mental health wouldn't be able to tolerate IFN, but if I told them about my fragile mental health I would have been excluded from the trial.
just one girl's experience...
Also, they wanted my bx results which I had.
