I get email notices Kramer. Maybe it has something to do with changing your email address several times.

YES I have drove me nuts till i figured it out. OK there is only one E-Mail address that DS has got the one your first sighed up with them on. You have to find it and make sure it is sighed on at the time you are on DS and there will be all your e ,mails and DS willl work properlly at least that is what I done and it works perfectlly now as long as Im sighed onto the same E mail as DS has me on file as. :-) Oh helps to yell it to stay sighed on once youve found your Google mail or yahoo or whoever you are sighed up with for DS.

No probs here. I unchecked my 'notice' box long ago.

Anf if you have several for example g mail addresses you have to find the one you used to sigh into DS with and be sighed onto it while on DS or anytime you wannna check your mail from DS. Do you understand? I will try to reword it if you dont. :-) Jim

I have never changed my email address before but am now moving everything over to gmail from hotmail. I signed on DS as per usual and in my account settings it shows my old hotmail address.
I entered my new gmail address and my DS password and clicked save.
It did send me a message to my old hotmail address saying that I had attempted to change but also said I have to click on an email link sent to my nes gmail address ..but an email never arrives there, ever.
I have tried to do this a few times since the start of the year but I can never "confirm" the change from my gmail account so nothing ever happens.
I have checked the junk filters and spam filters but there is never an email from DS in my Gmail account.

My email hasn't worked right since the 2011 "migration"......it was sporadic at best.................since the most recent "migration" a few months ago.........well now I sometimes get email alerts on Sub Groups.....but never for Main groups..............and its usually way after the fact.

Seems MANY people has email issues:(:(

You can fill out a feedback form and let DS know..............I do believe that the MORE people that make DS aware of this problem, the better chance we have of getting it fixed.............

Thank YOU Kramer................I think (know) that many people have problems.........I see it on all the boards I visit.......but I really don't think enough people let DS know...............so they think I am just a whinny old bear (well me and a couple others)..............

But IF DS had a better idea of how many people have problems, they MAY be more inclined to deal with them...........

While I wouldn't suggest sending in multiple Feedback Forms on the same issue (from the same person)............I strongly suggest that anyone who has a problem send one in.......no matter what the issue is................

I have been having issues also for quite a while now. All I ever get from them is the daily report. I no longer get any emails even though I have checked the email me when others reply. I hope no one thinks I'm ignoring them. But I'm also not on here much lately. Lots of life issues keeps me from having much free time.

No NO Do NOT keep changing youer E mail and/or passwords it just confuses the computer more and makes it worse at least thats what my tech told me about mine please try what I said in reply 2 and 4 It will work if you find the the e mail address from when you were last getting alerts and stuff from DS the one that DS has on its files for you.
