Is something technical on the site not working for you? If so, we want to hear about it. But first, please review our site status and known issues (bugs) lists below to find out if we are already aware and working on a fix.
SITE STATUS
Some members are not receiving email alerts from DailyStrength, and/or receiving old or duplicate email alerts . Status: We are aware that some members are having trouble receiving email from DailyStrength with some email service providers. We are troubleshooting the issues with our email service and improving delivery incrementally. If you are still having trouble receiving email from us try these suggestions: 1) add '
' to your email service address book, 2) check your spam or bulk folder for our emails. If that doesn't work, another recommendation would be to try using a different email provider. If you are receiving old email alerts, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
KNOWN ISSUES & BUGS
Email alerts for support groups topics you are watching are not being sent out. Status: We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
Links in some hugs cannot be clicked on. Status: We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
The "Top Huggers" feature is not showing any content.. Status: We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
The "Online Now" section of members' "My Friends" page is not accurate.. Status: We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. Temporary workaround: A list of friends who are currently online is visible in the chat section of the Meebo bar.
Search feature does not list all content. Status: We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
Email alerts for discussion posts made in member groups are not being sent out. Status: We have resolved this issue.
Cannot sign into the Meebo chat bar. Status:
This issue has been resolved.
Email replies to TeamDS or Site Administrator messages not always being received. Status: We have resolved this issue.
Members report receiving a private message from 'TeamDS' saying "Your case has been closed". Status: We have resolved this issue.
Duplicate discussion posts and replies. Status: This issue has been resolved.
