Just want to know from you old timers ..do you get sicker each week with the inf /riba dosing or is the first week the worst .. just wanna know if if sx build up and get worse as treatment goes on ...or are the first few times the worst or is there any pattern at all ???? im only 1 dose of inf and 2 days of riba so far ..?????

The only effects I thought were due to interferon in the first weeks were back ache and mental changes - feeling a bit trippy, sometimes a sadness feeling after the shot. Mental changes were ongoing in my tx, my feeling is that they were the interferon and the physical difficulty was the riba.
But there is no general rules. Some people handles the treatment well, others break down close to the start. Interferon makes you cry all the time, it is more mental yes, Riba chokes you to death as time goes by, generally you running low on breath all the time. The worst for me was the constant itch from it. I scrapped my eyebrows to nothing. For many of us the two drug was still a piece of cake compered to the first 12 weeks on the Incivek. Now that was the nightmare of the nightmares. So don't make any conclusions, go with the flow you may have a very smooth sailing.
