Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

Just thought this would be a fun thread. It could be a recipe that you find useful/healthy for all us Heppers, or maybe something you want to try cause it looks and sounds good.
You can give a description and provide a link or you can type it out.

Here is something I just came across and want to try. I have some Salmon at the house and going to try this.

Clay, our very own Master Chef Ozzita started a recipe thread in the Fun Garden. I'll post it here as there is a lot of great stuff.Hopefully he won't mind that I'm outing his favorite secret recipes. I've made half of them. No I wish I had the time to cook like this now. Some day.

No Ernie, I don't mind!!! LOL. I haven't been cooking that much on
TX. Whenever the INSANEVEK kicked in at about 5 weeks I said
I hate everybody & thing that moved. Since then I'm getting back
into it. Greek Chicken tonight.

I'm cooking red bean and rice in the slow cooker with sausage. Then make some of those biscuits like red lobster serves. Fishboy i could use a few fish stakes off that monster your holding. Peace

I make these healthy crackers out of chia, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds all you do is mix a half a cup of each of the seeds and a cup of water, seasoning if desired and then bake. Serve with hummus and they are the bomb. Check this link out for a picture of the crackers and the baking instructions. Sesame seeds are supposed to be good for the liver.

I'm also going to Costco tomorrow for some huge yummy dessert. Sister is throwing an Easter dinner party and baking a ham with cheesy scalloped potatoes, green beans almondine, corn, challah bread and a jello something something with lots of fresh fruit. Cannot wait. Not eating rabbit. Made that mistake once. They just sent me home with some grilled halibut and a spinach salad.
