Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
so you were clear all the way till 30 weeks and then all of a sudden you're detectable?? crap, that scares the shit out of me...
sorry about your news... i guess with the new treatments it's all a crap shoot right now... no long term results to go by...
Love Bill
Iwill keep you in my prayers.
Do take a break and pamper yourself....you deserve it after 30 wks of hard work.
My prayers are with u.
Well, it happened. Happened to me too. Six weeks after the Dr. said "you're cured" ! Then I got monno. right after that. Talk about depression. First couple of weeks after the news were pretty glum...naahh.. that's not the right word...more like "FUCK THIS SHIT I'M SO FUCKING PISSED OFF " ..yeah, that's more like what it was.
Shit sucks but ya know what ? I'm still here, and so are you. Now I'm just living life like I don't have it. I'm still cautious with my blood as far as other people are concerned and mind you, I don't drink but that's about as "liver friendly" as I'm going with it. Still working, still enjoying the life I have, getting out there and just doing it.
If the cure comes along, fine then sign me up. If not, then I'm not sitting on my butt waiting for nothin.!!
Linda
I was on triple for 7.5 months but never cleared the virus.
It will be an emotional ride for you,but each day will get a bit better..As many have said better drugs on the way and you gave your liver a rest.
Best wishes
Les
