I have 7 more weeks of tx to go and I only have enough meds for 2 wks. My insurance has stopped covering the meds.

I am going to get in touch with the company who produces the rx but who knows if I'll get it in time.

Only need 4 weeks of Pegysis and Ribo to complete. Can anyone help?

Well that sucks! What is your Dr. doing about it?? My Liver Dr. had a fridge full of left over Peg and Riba from other patients.

I have to call my doc on Monday. Just found out about it a couple of days ago. Wish me luck.

I am trying not to stress over this. It is what it is....and whatever happens....I gave it my best shot.

What week did you become undetectable? If you were an early responder you may be okay but yes get your Dr on someone's ass !

YIKES! Never throw Rx away. Not only are there folks who may be able to use them who cannot afford, recycle through your Pharmacist or Dr., but Rx are very toxic to the environment and should be disposed of responsibly.
I turned in my three remaining syringes (unopened) and Riba to my Liver Dr. who made them available to other patients who needed them.

Wow Bill I just Googled the subject for Maryland and you are correct. That's crazy. We have strict guidelines for good reasons in Ontario.

I even asked here and no joy! Was probably $10,000 worth of meds! Really upset me to pitch them! I did empty int a glass bottle full of kitty litter. My doc said they could not even dispose of them! I finished on 12/07/12 and just threw them away 10 days ago! Only live 2.5 hrs from country girl! What a pisser.
