Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

We have been experiencing problems with a person who seems to need help big time, but this is nor the place or we are not the type of people, whom can help this person.
The administration are doing their best to get him out of the site, since he is creating trouble in every community he joins, but he keeps coming back.
Why here you ask?
Because for some reason, some can't seem to be able to ignore him.
From now on, we are to use the ignore button the second he creates a new account, and when he posts, or replies to a post, that thread should be considered closed, even if it wasn't closed yet.
In other words, no more responding to a post or thread he replies to, it should end at his reply.
Hopefully he will get bored and move on.
This new way of handling this preditor, is the way we need to address this, I hope this is clear enough.
We need to take this next step, in order to keep our community clean of any unwanted posts.
We are all here for one reason, and that is to deal with the virus of hepatitis c, so lets go on and make this community, the best one, like we used to be.

Just today I had 2 friends leave DS due to this person....this has been going on for years and affects everyone.
I wish you and your superiors my prayers in resolving this problem once and for all.
Why can't you simply look up his ISP and ban him forever. There has to be a way cause not only is DS loosing members but also money...

I did notice last time when this person goose what-ever was here for the most part he was ignored...and seems like he noticed that too as he kept trying to say things to bait people..

I have noticed a certain similarity though and I am sure I know who else he is here...hmmmmm..but I won't say.
Lets also try and keep in touch thru other means..like thru private emails if you trust..

I don't know anything about an ISP shade but is this really something that can keep you from permanently banning someone...if that is case surely there is another way around this.
It is none of my business Rifelman but how do you know he has this Shade thing...if you know him maybe you can work with McKenzie and DS in helping solve this problem....just a suggestion/thought.
Good luck McKenzie - please let us know when/if solved so we can breathe easier...I have 'real life friends' I would like to recommend join this site but at this point am not willing to do so!
if you look at the time I posted this post, it will tell you that it was posted at 2am, so last night.
We had this little talk last night.
But be sure that they are working on something to keep these preditors out, I feel very reassured as of last night.

I have tried to trace him and he indeed has a ISP blind. (Old school) The internet has to offer anonimity for everyones safty and he falls under that blanket of protection. Soo... just remember "sticks and stones may break my bones" blah blah etc etc. Let it roll off you like water off a ducks... ahh goose's back!
Until he threatens violence the fed and law enforcment is powerless. We have the power to ignore!! Let's use it!

it's true though; the more you keep starting new posts about goose and responding to his posts, the more he has gained more attention.
None of it matters to me, one way or the other.
You let him get to you, you make his day.
