Google "COPE-HCV" for info on a new trial Medtronic has started for a drug delivery therapy without using injections for HCV 1A. This type of drug delivery is also successfully being used for insulin delivery for Diabetes.

I have had an insulin pump for 14 years. I have heard they are also used for delievering pain meds for severe chronic pain. Makes sense that it would also be used for this. Personally, I do not care for medtronics as a company but they do have some nifty insulin pumps. I went with their competition.
