We dont have medmj here in NY but if you get caught with some weed it is nothing more than a fine. They did the decriminalized thing here.

I know it is decriminalized in Ohio, but should be sold in liquor stores. There isn't anything wrong with it, especially if alcohol is legal.

I don't smoke anymore but there were the days that I SO enjoyed...and during my yr of tx it would have been nice had it been legal....I agree w/Neutron....it should be as legal as booze....as a matter of fact i'm now listening/watching/recording the series of 'Prohibition' on PBS...we all know how successful that was (not!)

I have to ask. Do you realy think we need to push it any futher here in NY? I know many people who have been smoking weed there whole lifes and never had any legal problems. Its just the foolish kids who smoke while they are hanging out in public places that have problems and like I said its just a fine if you get snagged. I quit smoking weed about 25 years ago but If I wanted to I could get some with a phone call.

I am not sure I could stay on tx with out it. Its noy leagal where I live but I dont care. I havent used it for years, but from what I read on these sites it does help and I need all the help I can get!! It absolutly does help with nausea, it absolutly helps me sleep and is a great mood enhancer therefore I have not used any prescription antidepresents. I tryed those at first, 3 wks total and they made me way high. Not for me, I dont beleive too much that rolls out of Washington or my State Gov either. I think we all here have made up our minds to get through all this tx what ever it takes. I dont need some Gov official to tell me how to manage my tx. Its a sad day when part of tx management comes from "undocumented" folks. Gov. DO YOUR JOB and give us what we need!! It takes them 7 yrs to get us tx drugs that they first try in foreign countries....ARRRRGGGG I will quit rageing now, but Damn!!

the govt has synthesized the shit and are marketing it under dozens of different names. my kid is so strung out on the mad hatter, when he isnt stoned hes throwing up. since fabricating these new drugs the govt has put the clamp on mexican pot. i like the idea of keeping the money in the usa but this synthesized smoke is powerful. its very comparable to lsd.. it wouldnt surprise me if the govt hasnt made it physically addictive. your health is not their primary concern..

@capn Anything that is synthesized is just chemicals that produce the effect plus many bad side effects also. Your son is addicted to smoking chemicals not pot which is quite bad. Kids dying every day from it they just made it illegal in my area too sell or posses because of all the deaths and the strong addictions. theres no doubt in my mind that hes physically addicted. he will beg, con , or outright lie to get more of the shit. indiana outlawed it too, then kept right on selling it. i cant take it anymore. ive increased the pressure to the point hes left home. wherever the fuck hes at he knows that i love him..
