We have life insurance through AARP...............my hubby has Hep C (among other things) Its Term Life............but I don't expect to live till the "term"..........I just hope i can keep paying it until the "day comes" :)

I've heard of the aarp, but I'm only 49 and have to wait a whole year for my 5oth,,, and as it stands things are not going to well I'm also praying to get there...so that I can get it... and Debbear please don't say that you can and you will get there... you will live till the term and beyond... okay... :0) and so will I !! i bet if you can become a member of a medical group (like the liver foundation, or the hepatitis foundation (assuming there is one)) they have options for members. or even a credit union may offer term to any member

Life insurance through work is an option. Have you tried looking up free life insurance quotes on an aggregator website? It may be a long shot but maybe there are carriers who don't mind insuring high risk conditions. Final Expense life insurance is also another option. I do hope you find some coverage sooner.
