Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

I took my last shot last nite. Mucho thanks to everyone who helped me get through this. Your support and distraction was indespensable in my tx. None of my friends supported me and I only got three calls from one person out of 6000 at church. You all are my real family. Thanks and lots of love headed your way. One week of Riba-poison left. God, I bet that feels great to say that! I just did shot ten, so I have a long way to go... may I ask you if you ever got used to it? I have felt like hell, no energy, just terrible this entire time... I am sorry your church and friends suck, I lost most of my friends I have only heard from a couple... dont take it personally, people are over amped, too busy, over stressed and just can't imagine, they are fearful and distracted... they will all be happy to see you healthy and happy

Oh yeah, I got used to it. And it's not the worse thing that's ever happened to me. I think humans can get used to almost anything except really bad pain.
