when did you take your shot? the pain didn't come right away. took several hours.
so i guess you might try to take a pain pill?
i'm sure someone on here will have a much better suggestion?
Keep in mind that any discomfort or 'problems' you had before will be intensified during tx. Good luck to you
Maybe you already had back pain for some reason, or past injury, well with these meds, it may activate the pain.
Ibuprofen is good for the pain, some use Aleve, less pills to take during a 24 hour period.

ps: don't forget to drink loads of water, 24/7
My back does hurt when I don't sit or stand straight, I will try to remember that. good luck, anddont forget to ask for help from the drs when you need it.
