The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.

I did shot number 14 last night, ten more to go. Weight continues to slowly drop, nausea is persistent, short-term memory is a struggle. Blood counts are still dropping and the Dr. has increased the frequency of labs to every two weeks. But...life is good, work is managable, and I just spent four days fishing, teaching and having fun!

Trick for nausea: Mix a little arrowroot or kuzu (kudzu?) powder in cool water and drink it. Works like a charm.

You have got it going on now. Take one day at a time and try to drink lots of water when you can. That brain fog is tough someimes.

Hey Rob, so nice to hear from you friend.
I am glad to hear your doctor is keeping a close eye on your labs, you have lost quite a lot of weight with these meds, he should watch you closely, so glad he is...
Take it easy, and enjoy those days at the lake, nice and quiet, good for the mind, and body.
Continue your water intake, very important, and wear cotton and a hat in that sunlight.
