and that's when i used to take my afternoon riba.... but not anymore!! hang in there and it will end for you too..

i'm just amazed at how programmed i became... still look at the clock around three and think i need to take meds.... pavlov, you got nothin on me!!

Ihear you Jama! It's the only way I made it I think! Just became habbit. When its over I was kinda lost! But nnow feelin so good I can't believe it! Praise God!

I understand jamama! Like Bill, I became kind of lost post tx with no schedule until I started taking daily vitamins.

It's so sweet being finished! How are you feeling nowadays Jamama?

I deleted my alarms immediately and never thought again about taking those meds that I'd never take again. My body and mine are at peace again.

feeling very good!! still a little trouble sleeping but suspect apnea!!

so glad to be free from the med schedule!! still a little itching but i know the nasty poison is working its way out of my system

i'm so out of shape that i overdid it weeding my potted plants and patio (those lil volunteers between the blocks) and my ankles are not happy with me from all the squatting.... need to take it easy while i build my strength back up

I've been watching the clock because of meds and supplements for 3 years now, since my transplant. And there will be even more when my treatments start. What a life! But just having life is great.
fishboy and jam, I'm so thankful you both are feeling so much better. fishboy, I'll also be on the victrellis, so any advice is welcome.
