Incivek Question

Hi all,

Hope everyone is ready for the holidays. I finished my 48 weeks of pega, riba, and incivek (3 months) in July and am scheduled for my 6 mo follow up VL this Friday. Does anyone know the success rate? I am feeling OK, just this one last blood test to go. Anybody have any advice or stats? Thanks everyone; keep fighting the fight!! Linda

I don't have the exact stats Linda, but if you were undie @ 4 & 24 wks, which you must have been since you went on for the rest of it, it is VERY likely that you're still clear & will stay clear. The percentages are very high for svr w/these new triple therapys.
Others will probably come on and give you more information.

Oh, and congrats to you for doing the 48 weeks and being cleared.
Keep eating healthy & taking care of your overall health would be my advice. And personally, I wouldn't drink either.

I was undie @ Wk 4, 12, 24 and SVR !! You will be SVR dont stress!!

Thanks guys! I'll give them some more of my blood on Friday. Don't you all feel like you can do ANYTHING now that you've been thru this treatment?

Feel like I can do anything....... well YES I DO! I have to go have my first colonscopy thing and she was telling me about how awful the prep was. I just looked at her and said " THAT ain't nothin'!! That sounds like a piece of cake."

Linda, the fact that you finished is amazing in itself. I only did 20 of 24 weeks and had my 90 day test result today, and I'm still UNDIE. =) Rejoice, you did it!!!!
