for you. I'll say a BIG O-----OZZIE prayer for you tonight!!!
During this TX, I found when I'm feeling like shit, laughter
takes it away for awhile. I try & find something funny to
watch on the tube or funny video's on the internet. Rest
when you can as well. Good VIBES to you Mr. O!!!!
I know what its like to go thru treatment & it was not fun for me. I do expect that you will get a nice reward for endurance! You will maintain svr & leave this in your dust!
@Oz - Good idea, I've been catching up on "The Following" all day. Probably not best to follow serial killers when you're depressed.
@Ptriss - What can I say, but thanks.
Chickens understand these things.........I think:):)
Meanwhile........piss and moan all ya want.........we'll listen:):):)......and wish ya the beary best of luck:):):)
I have you in my thoughts, and STAY STRONG!!!
Hang in there, it won't last forever. I will be praying for you.
I had to work at the mental thing. I would stand in the mirror and tell myself how great I was doing. I focused only on the distance I had come and not the distance i had left to go.
I made a gratitude list many times during the day. I counted everything!!! If I made it up the stairs to work I would praise my efforts. If I didn't itch as much as yesterday - it went on the list. If my butt was on fire - I praised that I didn't throw up that day. You get the idea. It was what helped me survive.
Hang in there - and I can't stress enough to rest every single chance you get. Nothing is more important than rest. Nothing.
Hoping it get easier soonest...wishing you all the best.
