Hepatitis C is a blood-borne viral disease which can cause liver inflammation, fibrosis, cirrhosis and liver cancer. The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact with an infected person's blood. Many people with HCV infection have no symptoms and are unaware of the need to seek treatment. Hepatitis C infects an estimated 150-200 million people worldwide.
Next to witnessing the birth of my children and meeting my wife Today is probably one of the happiest days of my life. I got my final lab results after completing 48 week TX treatment. I am still undetected since week six. On Monday I see the doctor to make it official. Now I can get on with my life. Even though I have only been on DS for one month I regret not being a part of it since the get go. Everyone has been so kind and supportive. Thank You all for doing what you do. Its not only important to me but to everyone who is still infected and looking for answers to the unknown. Please keep doing what you do because it does make a difference. Also looking forward to helping anyway I can to encourage those who need it.. Thanks again
