one day at the time.
ps: you should be feeling a lot better by the schools first day.
Take care, keep me posted.
When I found out about the virus, I was sick, really sick, and treatment was not an option. I've spent the last two years rebuilding my system in my body and hope that they find a treatment that isn't so devastating to the body. I'm also 1a.
Meanwhile I take my supplements and eat healthy food. I'm gardening this year, first time since 2004, when I started getting tired from the virus, during menopause. Estrogen protects the liver.
I have plenty of good healthy food to eat. Squash, tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, onions, parsley, fennel, cilantro, cucumbers, broccoli, cabbage, collard greens, and all sorts of melons, raspberries, peaches and plums. I also have herbs - spearmint, peppermint, lemonbalm, sage, clary sage, apple mint and orange mint.
In 2002 before I got sick I was eating from my garden and feeling really well. The virus was dormant, as I was exposed in 1972. I was tested for antioxidant levels and I was off the top of the charts. Twice the level of the person who tested me and was hoping to sell me vitamins based on a lower score.....at the end of the summer, my levels had gone up 10,000, from 60,000 to 70,000. My sister tested at 35,000 and her kids tested around 11,000 to 17,000, they just don't eat what's good for them.
Antioxidants will protect the liver and the body. They destroy free radicals. I've been reading about this and it's fascinating.
