You bring up a very good point on the dates and I and pugdaddy have looked into this and discussed this at length with Todd...Short answer is he made too much to quick for budget reasons at the start,but it has a 5 year shelf life and I keep mine in the fridge...I suppose when he makes his next batch it wont be so much....Not really happy about this,but I have come to accept it...and I am so glad I have...
