What's out there? What do you guys use for support, do you go to any support groups? I've researched my area, Albany, NY. There is one, at a local gastro office. I'm starting one, have a lot of support in getting it off the ground. Places to contact, I have a couple of Dr's on board. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

where I live there are none.. I would have to deive to Sacramento IF they have one...I'm in a small town and everyone pretty much knows each other so I wouldn

Go to your local Health Dept, And see what info they have for HCV support in your area. "ALL" State and Co. Health Depts. should have "ALL" info concerning HCV/Hep/C support groups for all area's in your state !

Get the word out to drs & health dept. Pamphlets. A dependable email just for support group. Maybe a phone number just for the group. Maybe meet at a hosp meeting room or a dr office.
What is the outline, purpose, mission, target client. Anything else to offer - any docs do trials that you can file potential applicants & give hope to, will the docs notify the group of upcoming trials & free screening or free viral loads. Notify pharmaceutical companies. Donations for hcv info packets & dvds.
