Could you see about adding an IGNORE button for this entire site. It would stop the bickering or at least not bother those of us who are in here to help each other and ourselves. I think it's way over due. Thanks

This site was a wonderful idea and many lives have been saved thanks to all the support. I think it is sad however that we should even need an "ignore" button on a support group. Thanks again Doug, you have no idea.

Doug, as I'm relatively new here and still making my way around this site, I still have lots to learn... (I'm rather illiterate with pc stuff)I wanted to say that I love the way this site is set up... from daily journal writing and it being visible for others to read if we choose... to having daily uupdates of what others have been up to... it really engenders a feeling of family, and friendship I especially like the fact that you add yourself to every members friends list. You seem to authentically care about what you're doing and the people who come here. How very refreshing. thx so much.

Ditto what all the others are saying, sir! THANKS seems too small a word for the gratitude I feel; I've tried at least two other "support" sites, and gotten grief, not blessings---not so here at DS. Thanks, bud!

i have to say that i agree with ang40 tho. i wouldnt like an 'ignore' button on here cos we are here to support and help each other and shouldnt need one.

Agreed, the ignore button is not what this is about...I had to learn the hard way, but if one must ignore something, use yer brain, and "just do it" having to have some icon that would put out the ignore publicly will only be fuel to a fire and hurtful. We have enuf pain as it is....love EVERYONE here. xoxoxo

Well Doug, Yes, this is a great site. But, there are a lot of us who are not exactly thrilled right now. I have written you several times, but have received no reply. I am sure you are very busy, seeing this is a large site and there are many groups, but I don't think I feel like giving any "atta boys" when there are people who are allowed to continue bashing people on this site with profanity, disrespectful behavior and general contempt for the rules the rest of us abide by. I am here because I have HCV, not because I enjoy the privilege of flaming everyone who disagrees with me, spewing profanity, attacking ones sexuality or any other form of inappropriate behavior. I have read the rules of this site, and everything I mentioned has a rule against it, but it continues to be part of this discussion group. I don't see the justice. What if we all behaved in that manner, what would we have then? A flame site? As much as I do appreciate you founding this site, I still feel you should exercise more control over the offenders of the groups and their posts and start enforcing your own rules.

Thanks for posting that Doug. I ditto it. You as founder and the other DS Team posting gives one a secure feeling to see you comming on and sharing. Puts my hopes back up. I have faith the DS Team will get things ironed out in time. I have mentioned the blocking of messages or innore will extend to the hugs also. Thanks again Doug.

If someone continually breaks the "rules", they should not be allowed to continue here, and if they are allowed to continue, than why have rules in the first place?

Thank's Doug for giving us a site to express how we are feeling, which on some day's it's good and some bad on the bad days sometimes people are hurting and express their self in way's they shouldn't, this is a great way this site I mean to make friends. Thanks again
